Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mhdesignhome.com with your order number and reason for the request.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Returns sent without prior authorization

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
